Refund Policy

 We are glad to refund you or exchange any items for you within 14 days after receiving it. If you request a refund or replacement, please follow the following steps:

 

Ÿ Please contact with us first when you want to send back the item for a refund or replacement,email us the reason of refund or replacemen

 

Ÿ You are be charge with all shipping costs for return

 

Warranty Information

We offer one year warranty which is suggested by the manufacturer.

 

We will repair your product within the warranty period as the item has a manufacturer defect.

 

Warranty does not cover below instance:

Ÿ   Unreasonable wear and tear

Ÿ   Mishandled merchandise

If buyer want to send back items for a refund, buyer need to be charged for these expenses:

l  Postage to send back items

l  Shipping costs of order

l  Handing charge of refund(5% of payment amount)

 

Why do we want to charge for handling charge of refund?

So we will advise buyer, if you don't like the item you received. You can send back to us to exchange it to other items. If the item is in its original condition, which means the product has not been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. We can exchange for you and re-send to you.
